- Eligibility gate. True basic + at least one proven reorder + loyalty membership.
- Six-month default cadence. Every item starts on a 6-month cycle, and the customer can change the account default or override any single item.
- Delivery-cost saving. Bundling repeat essentials into planned auto-orders reduces per-shipment delivery cost compared with ad-hoc single-item reorders.
- Size-drift guardrail. A recent return holds the schedule and asks for confirmation instead of shipping the old size.
- Exit is as easy as entry. Skip, pause and cancel sit next to confirm — never buried.
